Analysts at ISI report that we're experiencing a rebound that's unique, far better than after the Great Depression, thanks to unprecedented government involvement. However, we need to understand not just the cyclical side of what's taking place and affecting markets, but also the structural underpinnings of the economy if we're going to be ready for the new environment down the road.
